Our standard courses follow the school term and, in addition, we are able to offer intensive courses during the school holidays for all levels of ability.

We follow the Swimming Teachers’ Association skills awards - early years, learn to swim and advanced skills series. The advanced skills develop technique, speed, stamina and turns while the safety skills work towards survival and rescue skills. Both routes can be achieved.

Distance awards complement the skills awards and work towards stamina and fitness while improving technique.

Our programme also features the special needs series.
